I've done another challenge at Pixel Scrapper and using a tutorial there as well, I was able to come up with a few button/flair type styles for Photoshop. :)

Pixel Scrapper is one of the best places to test your skills and learn new things. If you haven't checked it out by now, I strongly suggest you do.
